Request for Proposals: Developer/Consultant - HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Repositioning  Housing Site Redevelopment Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Anaconda is seeking proposals for a Developer Partner to assist in redeveloping a housing site using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, Section 18, RAD/Section 18 Blends, and or Section 22 Streamlined voluntary conversion for its 170 units of public housing.  For more information, the full Request for Proposal (RFP) can be downloaded at:

All responses must be submitted to the Housing Authority of the City of Anaconda at 10 Main Street, Anaconda, MT 59711, by 4:00 p.m. local time on May 20, 2024.
